Charro
Charro is a display font inspired by my visits to Ayutla, Jalisco. Charro is designed to resemble the charros in the town that I have encountered and the beauty behind the culture that surrounds them. A charro is a Mexican cowboy that is dressed up in elegant attire, accompanied by their sombrero. Everytime I visit my family in Jalisco, I usually go to the fiestas that occur in the town and the charros give off the essence of masculinity, beauty, and sophistication. This contrast serif carries brush-like features to give it a humanistic approach.
